Terms of service

These terms govern your use of mojocircus.com and anything you buy from it. By placing an order you accept them.

Who you are dealing with
Mojo Circus, operated by Dnomad LLC, 111 NE 1st St, 8th Floor, Miami, FL 33132, United States.

Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you the order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if the item is unavailable, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you get a full refund.

Printed on demand
Every item is produced after you order it. Print position and colour can vary very slightly between garments; that is a property of the process, not a defect. Nothing that could reasonably be called a fault is ever your problem — see Returns & refunds.

Prices and payment
All prices are shown in US dollars and include the item only. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Taxes and import duties may be added by your own country and are your responsibility. Payment is taken in full when you order.

Delivery
Delivery times on our Shipping & delivery page are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Our designs
Every design, illustration, photograph and piece of text on this site belongs to Mojo Circus and is protected by copyright. Buying a garment gives you the garment. It does not give you the right to reproduce, resell or print the artwork, in any format, commercial or otherwise.

Your content

If you tag us or send us photos, you keep them, but you give us permission to reshare them on our own channels with credit. Tell us at any time if you want a photo removed and we will remove it.

Using the site
Do not attempt to break, scrape, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site, and do not use it for anything unlawful.

Accuracy
We try to describe and photograph everything accurately, but colours vary between screens and small errors happen. If a product arrives materially different from its description, that is covered by our returns policy.

Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Beyond that, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your own country, and may bring proceedings in your local courts.

Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
