Refund policy
You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to request a return, for any reason. No explanation required.
What can be returned
Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with any tags still attached. We cannot accept anything that has been worn, washed, altered, or that has picked up the smell of perfume, smoke or the beach.
How to return something
- Write to mojocircusphangan@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery, with your order number and what you want to return.
- We reply within two business days with the return address and instructions. Please do not send anything back before you have those — parcels sent to the wrong address cannot be refunded.
- Ship the item back within 14 days of receiving our instructions.
Who pays for what
Return shipping is paid by you, unless the item arrived faulty, damaged or was not what you ordered in that case we cover everything, including the replacement. Use a tracked service. Until the parcel reaches us it remains your responsibility, and we cannot refund a return that never arrives.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and passes inspection we refund the full price of the item to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank it can take a few more days to show on your statement. Original shipping costs are refunded only when the return is our fault.
Exchanges
Because every item is printed on demand, we do not process exchanges directly. Return the item for a refund and place a new order for the size or design you want — it is faster than waiting for a swap.
Faulty, damaged or wrong items
If a print is defective, the garment arrived damaged, or we sent you the wrong thing, write to us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer, and you will not need to ship anything back.
Sizing
Every product page carries a full size guide in centimetres and inches. Our tees have a relaxed unisex fit. Measuring a shirt you already own and comparing it to the table is the surest way to avoid a return.
Cancelling an order
Production starts quickly. If you need to cancel or change an order, write to us immediately we can usually stop it within the first few hours, but once printing has started the order can no longer be changed.
Your statutory rights
Nothing here limits the rights you have under the consumer law of your own country. Customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom keep their statutory right of withdrawal, and this policy is written to meet it.
