How long until my order arrives?

Between 5 and 20 days, depending where you are. Everything is printed after you order it: 2–5 business days to make, then 3–15 business days to ship. Full breakdown on the Shipping & delivery page.

Where do you ship from?

From whichever production facility is closest to you. Your parcel usually never crosses a border, which is why an order to Berlin does not take six weeks to arrive from Thailand.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes.

What size should I get?

Our tees have a relaxed unisex fit. Every product page has a size table in centimetres and inches. The most reliable method: measure a shirt you already like, flat, and compare it to the table.

Can I return something?

Yes, within 14 days of delivery, unworn and unwashed. Details on the Returns & refunds page.

Something arrived damaged or wrong. Now what?

Send us a photo and your order number within 30 days and we replace it or refund you, whichever you prefer. You will not need to ship anything back.

Can I exchange for another size?

Not directly — everything is made to order. Return it for a refund and order the size you want; it is faster.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Write to us immediately. We can usually stop an order in the first few hours, but once printing starts it cannot be changed.

Will the print crack?

Not if you treat it reasonably. Wash cold, inside out, tumble dry low or hang dry, and never iron directly on the print. Care instructions are on every product page.

Do you restock sold-out designs?

Sometimes. Designs belong to drops, and a drop that closes usually stays closed. If a design matters to you, do not wait for the reprint.

Will I pay customs or import duties?

Usually not, because production is local. If your country does charge them, they are your responsibility and are not included at checkout.

Do you do wholesale, collaborations or custom orders?

Yes to all three, depending on what it is. Write to us and tell us what you have in mind.
