Shipping policy
Everything we sell is printed on demand. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting for you — it gets made after you order it, in the production facility closest to your address. That means a slightly longer wait than a company with a warehouse full of stock, and a lot less of it thrown away.
How long it takes
Your total wait is production time + shipping time.

Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude local public holidays. Orders placed on a weekend enter production on the next business day.
Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and the size of your order. What you see at checkout is the final price — we do not add handling fees afterwards.
Tracking
You get a confirmation email as soon as you order, and a second email with a tracking number once your parcel leaves the production facility. If a tracking number has not moved in more than five business days, write to us and we will chase it.
Customs, duties and import taxes
We ship worldwide. Because production is local wherever possible, most orders never cross a border. When they do, any import duties or taxes charged by your country are your responsibility and are not included in the price at checkout. Customs delays are outside our control and are not counted in the estimates above.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please check your address before confirming your order. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete or wrong, we will contact you to arrange a second shipment; the cost of that second shipment is not covered.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel is confirmed lost in transit, or arrives damaged, we replace it at no cost to you. Write to us within 30 days of the shipping date with your order number and, if it arrived damaged, a photo.
Split shipments
Orders with several items are sometimes produced in different facilities and arrive in separate parcels on different days. You are never charged twice for this.
