PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 3–7 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY TIMES
We ship worldwide from Thailand and from international fulfillment centers depending on the product.
Domestic (Thailand): 3–7 business days Southeast Asia: 7–14 business days Europe: 10–21 business days United States and Canada: 10–21 business days Rest of the world: 14–30 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES
For international orders, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website. If you do not receive tracking information within 7 business days of your order, please contact us at mojocircusphangan@gmail.com.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at mojocircusphangan@gmail.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and, where possible, send a replacement or issue a refund.
